1. Who we are
Skinpibu is a brand of Shri Shyam Traders, a firm operating in India.
All correspondence, including order queries, returns, refunds and legal notices, may be sent to support@skinpibu.com. We respond to every email within 48 hours.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the details you provide — name, delivery address, phone number and email — are accurate and belong to you.
3. Our product
We currently sell one product: the Electric Gua Sha Face Massager. It is a cosmetic personal-care device intended for at-home facial massage. It is not a medical device, and nothing on this website should be read as a diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any medical or skin condition. Results vary from person to person.
Use the device only as described in the manual supplied in the box. Discontinue use if you feel discomfort, and consult a qualified professional if you are pregnant, have a skin condition, or use an implanted medical device.
4. Product information, images and pricing
We make a reasonable effort to describe the product and display images accurately. Colours may appear slightly different across screens, and packaging may be updated from time to time.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We may change prices, offers and discount codes at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the moment your order is confirmed.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where:
- the item is out of stock;
- there is an obvious pricing or listing error;
- the delivery address falls outside our serviceable pin codes;
- we detect suspected fraud, repeated refusal of deliveries, or bulk ordering for resale;
- the phone number provided cannot be verified.
If we decline an order after payment has been taken, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.
6. Payment
We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through our payment partner. Where Cash on Delivery is offered, it is available only on selected pin codes and order values, and we may require confirmation by call, SMS or WhatsApp before dispatch. Payments are processed by our gateway partner on their secure systems; we do not store your card or banking credentials on our servers.
7. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery timelines, cancellation windows, return eligibility and refund timelines are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Cancellation Policy and Refund & Return Policy. Those documents form part of these Terms.
8. Coupon codes and offers
Coupon codes are for personal, single use unless stated otherwise. They cannot be combined with other offers, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time. Any discount applied is reversed proportionately when a return is refunded.
9. Intellectual property
All content on skinpibu.com — the brand name, logo, product photography, page copy, layout and graphics — is owned by or licensed to Shri Shyam Traders and is protected under Indian law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use it commercially without our written permission.
10. User content
If you submit a review, photo, video or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it for marketing, on our website and on our social channels. Do not submit anything unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringing someone else's rights. We may remove any submission at our discretion.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for injury or damage caused by use of the product in a manner inconsistent with the supplied manual.
12. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruption, strikes, natural events, network or payment gateway outages, or government restrictions.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order governs that order.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
