Cancelling before dispatch
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Since we dispatch within 48 working hours of order confirmation, please act promptly.
To cancel, email support@skinpibu.com with your order number and the word CANCEL in the subject line. We confirm every cancellation request within 48 hours.
Cancelling after dispatch
Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, we are unable to cancel it. You may instead:
- Refuse the delivery when the courier arrives — the parcel is then returned to us, and for a prepaid order we refund you once it reaches our warehouse; or
- Accept the parcel and raise a return under our Refund & Return Policy, if your order is eligible.
Refund on cancellation
Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch: the refund is initiated within 48 hours of us confirming your cancellation. The amount typically reaches your account in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or UPI provider.
Prepaid orders refused at delivery: the refund is initiated within 48 hours of the returned parcel reaching our warehouse. Any shipping cost actually incurred may be deducted.
Cash on Delivery orders: no payment has been collected, so there is nothing to refund. The order is simply closed.
Modifying an order
We cannot add items to, or change the product in, a confirmed order. If you need a different quantity, cancel before dispatch and place a fresh order.
Address changes are possible only before dispatch. Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address.
Cancellations by us
We may cancel an order, in whole or in part, where:
- the product is unavailable or out of stock;
- your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners;
- there is an obvious pricing or listing error on the website;
- a Cash on Delivery confirmation call, SMS or WhatsApp message goes unanswered;
- we suspect fraudulent activity, a repeated pattern of refused deliveries, or bulk ordering for resale.
Where we cancel an order for which payment has already been taken, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method, and we notify you by email.
